At a time when "road rage" has become commonplace on our highways, this case requires this Court to decide whether a courteous wave by one driver to another can give rise to liability. Approximately three years ago, Plaintiff Walter C. Boucher ("Boucher") and Defendant Alarick B. Grant ("Grant") were involved in an automobile accident outside of the Getty gas station on Blackwood-Clementon Road in Clementon, New Jersey....
