Presented here on a motion in limine is the question whether admissions made by defendant's attorney to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) agent investigating possible criminal tax fraud by defendant are inadmissible as statements "made in the course of plea discussions" pursuant to Rule 410, Fed.R.Evid., and Rule 11(e)(6), Fed.R.Crim.P.
