Johnny Wolf appeals from a summary judgment rendered in favor of Holy Cross Church of God in Christ in the church's suit to determine the rights of the parties as to a certain parcel of real estate in Dallas, Texas. In two issues, Wolf contends that the church did not have standing to bring suit and that the trial court erred in granting summary judgment in favor of the church based on the statute of limitations.
