Suha Sreeram, M.D. ("Dr. Sreeram"), filed suit against the Board of Supervisors for the Louisiana State University Medical Center-Shreveport ("LSUMC-S") and Dr. McDonald in his individual and official capacities as the head of the Department of Surgery (collectively the "defendants-appellees"). Dr. Sreeram's suit alleges that the defendants-appellees terminated her employment in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964...
