Appellant Marcus Carroll Sherman was indicted for and, on his negotiated plea of guilty, found guilty of deadly conduct by discharging a firearm in the direction of an occupied habitation. The trial court assessed punishment at five years' confinement. In three points of error on appeal from the resulting judgment, appellant complains of three violations of due process.
