This is an appeal from a judgment of partition of real estate, in which the primary issue is whether the trial court could properly order the relief of a payment of money to the named defendant1 by the plaintiff and order the defendant to execute and deliver to the plaintiff a quitclaim deed to the subject premises. The defendant claims that the trial court had no statutory authority
