Atchison, Jr., appeals from a sentence given by the trial court following his guilty plea to one count of sexual abuse in the first degree and a plea of nolo contendere to one count of arson. After reviewing a presentence report and the sentencing ranges found in Ark.Code Ann. § 5-4-401 (Repl.1996), the trial court sentenced Atchison to ten years' imprisonment for sexual abuse in the first degree and five years' imprisonment...
