Upon consideration of the Petition of the Supreme Court Committee on Professional Conduct seeking entry of an order of disbarment of Perlesta Arthur Hollingsworth, Little Rock, Arkansas, and pursuant to the Pulaski County Circuit Court's Order Upon Remand and this Court's opinion issued in this matter on June 24, 1999, we grant the Petition.
