Robert G. Dubrow has submitted an affidavit dated May 4, 1999, in which he tenders his resignation as an attorney and counselor-at-law (22 NYCRR 691.9). Mr. Dubrow was admitted to the practice of law by the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on January 9, 1980.
