The defendants appeal a default judgment, arguing that they were not properly served and that the judgment is void as a matter of law. They also appeal the district court's refusal to entertain their motion to set aside the default judgment under FED. R. CIV. P. 60(b) and the decision that defendants Morrie Friedman and Andrew Fell are individually liable. For the reasons discussed below, we reverse the judgment against Fell, but affirm the court...
