RULING ON DEFENDANT'S MOTION TO DISMISS COMPLAINT

I.

The matter before the court is the defendant's motion to dismiss1 as time-barred a complaint filed by Carissa S. Sfakios ("the plaintiff") to obtain a determination that a judgment debt which she holds against the debtor-defendant is nondischargeable. The plaintiff filed an objection to the granting of the motion.
