Amy Ferrell Moriarty brought this action to recover damages for mental and emotional injuries she allegedly sustained as a result of being sexually abused as a child while attending Kiddie Kollege Day Care Center, a child care facility operated by the Garden Sanctuary Church of God (the Church).
