This is an action filed by three hourly employees of defendant GTE North, Inc., pursuant to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act ("ERISA"), 29 U.S.C. § 132(a), and the Labor Management Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 185. Plaintiffs allege that defendants breached their fiduciary duty to administer the pension plan and early retirement program and unlawfully denied benefits offered in plan documents...
