David E. Kinlock appeals from the June 30, 1997, judgment of the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York (Lawrence E. Kahn, Judge) sentencing him to twenty-seven months imprisonment for violating 18 U.S.C. § 1029(a)(2) and ordering restitution in the amount of $19,192.54, due and payable immediately. As a condition of supervised release, the district court ordered Kinlock to pay outstanding restitution...
