Nickie Christopher Chance contends that the trial court erred by granting judgment as a matter of law for defendant, rejecting a jury verdict; by refusing to allow him to discover counseling and guidance reports for several years prior to the incident; and by instructing the jury to disregard the testimony of one of the witnesses.
