OPINION OF THE COURT

Per Curiam.

On February 22, 1999, the respondent pleaded guilty in the County Court, Nassau County, to the crime of grand larceny in the third degree, a class D felony. He was sentenced on the same day to five years probation and directed to pay restitution in the amount of $30,985.

Pursuant to Judiciary Law § 90 (4), the respondent ceased to be an attorney and counselor-at-law...
