Mario Garza appeals his conviction of one count of sale of marijuana and one count of possession of marijuana without a drug tax stamp.

Garza's convictions resulted from a controlled buy made at the home of Melissa Shelby. In exchange for reduced charges on earlier drug crimes, Shelby was working with police and allowed the drug buy to occur at her residence.
