Adam Lazar filed a class action complaint for damages and injunctive relief against four rental car companies alleging that they refused to rent automobiles to persons under age 25 or unreasonably restricted such rentals. After all of the alleged causes of action were adjudicated against Lazar, the trial court entered judgment in favor of defendants.
