Upon review of the record as a whole, we conclude that there is substantial evidence (see, 300 Gramatan Ave. Assocs. v State Div. of Human Rights, 45 N.Y.2d 176, 179-180) to support the Commissioner's determination that petitioner is guilty of facilitating money laundering in her apartment and making false and misleading statements during investigatory interviews, and, accordingly, is guilty of conduct unbecoming a correction officer...
