In this action, plaintiffs seek to recover damages for injuries suffered by plaintiff Samuel Vasquez in an automobile accident that occurred in the early morning hours of November 9, 1986 while he was a passenger in a car operated by defendant Angel Figueroa. The accident occurred on the curved exit ramp from the Arthur Sheridan Expressway leading to the Cross Bronx Expressway, where Figueroa lost control of his car, which then collided with, and vaulted over, a concrete...
