After a jury trial, the defendant was convicted of four counts of stalking in violation of G. L. c. 265, § 43, a statute which proscribes two distinct types of stalking, stalking by harassment and stalking by following. On appeal, the defendant claims error in (1) the denial of his pretrial motion to dismiss; (2) certain jury instructions; (3) the exclusion of certain evidence; (4) the prosecutor's conduct of cross-examination; and (5) remarks made...
