Cassandra Deanne Sosebee and Michael Wayne Sosebee filed suit against Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center, Debra Hughes and three physicians for damages arising from alleged negligence in Cassandra's treatment and in the treatment of the Sosebees' unborn son which allegedly resulted in the stillbirth of their son. The Sosebees non-suited the physicians and proceeded against only Hillcrest...
