Plaintiff Sarah Goldstein commenced this putative class action suit against defendant Hutton, Ingram, Yuzek, Gainen, Carroll & Bertolotti ("Hutton"), a New York City law firm, for alleged violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1692-1692o ("FDCPA").
