Defendant Pierce Han ("Defendant" or "Han") was charged in a one-count Indictment with travel with intent to engage in a sexual act with a minor, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2423(b). On August 5, 1999, defendant Han was convicted by a jury of the single count charged in the Indictment.
