Attorney Charles Glynn appealed from the referee's conclusion that he engaged in dishonest conduct when he paid himself excessive and unauthorized fees in two guardianship matters and attempted to justify those payments by false itemized statements and by documents falsely indicating that he was reimbursing the estates for disbursements he had made to himself without court approval.
