LAVERY, J.

The plaintiffs, Stanley Danko and Constance Danko, appeal from the judgment rendered following the trial court's denial of their motion to set aside the verdict rendered in favor of the defendant Redway Enterprises, Inc. (Redway). The sole issue on appeal is whether the trial court improperly excluded from evidence Redway's stricken apportionment complaint. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
