A Superior Court jury convicted the defendant of aggravated rape, kidnapping, and assault and battery.1 He was sentenced to from seven to ten years at the Massachusetts Correctional Institution at Cedar Junction on the aggravated rape charge, and from three to five years on the kidnapping charge, to run concurrently.
