Appellant was convicted of possession of phencyclidine (Health & Saf.Code, § 11377, subd. (a).) It was also found true that appellant previously had been convicted of two robberies, which qualified as "strikes" pursuant to Penal Code section 1170.12, subdivision (a) through (d) and section 667, subdivision (b) through (i) and that he had served one prior prison term (Pen.Code, § 667.5, subd. (b)). He was sentenced to prison for 25 years...
