A jury convicted Appellant Michael Gonzales of indecency with a child and assessed punishment at twenty years' confinement and a $10,000 fine. See TEX. PEN.CODE ANN. § 21.11(a) (Vernon 1998).

Gonzales presents three issues on appeal in which he claims that the trial court erred when it: (1) denied his motion for directed verdict and request for mistrial because there was insufficient evidence to sustain...
