Defendant New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) moves for an order pursuant to CPLR 3212 granting it summary judgment dismissing the complaint. In a second, amended notice of motion, NYCHA seeks similar relief, but further seeks an order dismissing the cross claims asserted against it. NYCHA also seeks an award of costs for this motion.
