Mr. Joe Louis Dansby was convicted of two counts of capital murder in the deaths of a young Nevada County couple and the jury imposed the death penalty. Accordingly, our jurisdiction is authorized pursuant to Ark. S.Ct. R. 1-2(a)(2)(1999). Mr. Dansby raises six assignments of error on appeal. We find no merit in any of the points raised, and we affirm the judgment of conviction.
