Appellant, Enrique Estrada, Jr., was indicted and convicted of two counts of indecency with a child, specifically his fourteen year-old daughter. He was sentenced to ten years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division, with sentences to run concurrently. Appellant raises two issues on appeal.
