Before the court is an appeal by the Internal Revenue Service ("IRS") from a judgment entered by the Bankruptcy Court on June 26, 1997, finding that Mr. Bossert was not liable for any post-filing interest on taxes he owed when he filed for Chapter 12 bankruptcy protection.
