Excel Corporation appeals an order requiring its counsel to submit to deposition. Excel contends that it did not waive the attorney-client privilege; that if it waived the privilege, its executives rather than its counsel should be deposed about the previously privileged matters; and that if its counsel should be deposed, the scope of the questions authorized by the district court is too broad.
