Appellant Dr. Michael Mantas appeals a default judgment granted to Appellee Howard Resz d/b/a Imag MRI Service in Appellee's suit on a sworn account. In three points, Appellant contends that the citation served on him is void because it does not strictly comply with the rules regarding citation, he is entitled to a new trial based on equity, and the evidence is insufficient to support the judgment because no reporter's record...
