FERC determined that Entergy Corporation had violated the inter-company formula tariff that it administers to equalize costs among its five parallel subsidiaries; the Commission declined, however, to order a refund from the subsidiaries that were undercharged by virtue of the tariff violation to the customers of the overcharged subsidiaries.
