Jordan Hospital ("Hospital") owed Shirley Dionne ("Dionne") $75,000. Dionne, in turn, was indebted to the Plymouth Savings Bank ("Bank") and the Internal Revenue Service ("IRS"), both of which held valid liens on the money the Hospital owed Dionne.
