The respondent was served with a petition, dated April 30, 1992, containing nine charges of professional misconduct. Special Referee Martin sustained Charges One through Eight. Charge Nine was withdrawn at the hearing. The Grievance Committee now moves to confirm the Special Referee's report and to impose such discipline upon the respondent as the Court deems just and proper.
