The Debtors, Scott and Teena Barner (the "Debtors" or the "Barners"), have claimed an exemption in personal injury proceeds, pursuant to K.R.S. 427.150(2)(c). The matter is presently before the Court on the Trustee's Objection to the claimed exemption. The language of K.R.S. 427.150(2)(c) is extremely ambiguous and has caused a great deal of confusion...
