Opinion By Justice JAMES.

Alan Farrell Seidel appeals the trial court's order signed August 10, 1998 modifying the terms and conditions of his final divorce decree. In his first point of error, appellant contends the trial court abused its discretion in modifying the domicile restrictions contained in the divorce decree. For the reasons stated below, we agree. Therefore, we sustain appellant's first point of error, reverse the trial court's judgment...
