Opinion by Chief Justice CORNELIUS.

This appeal arises from a suit by a surety, Old Republic Surety Company (ORSC), against its principal, Clarence Palmer (Palmer), for recovery under an indemnity agreement of attorney's fees, costs, and damages paid in the settlement of a prior lawsuit. The County Court at Law of Harrison County denied ORSC any recovery under its indemnity agreement with Palmer. We reverse...
