Plaintiff Wilma Osier ("plaintiff") commenced the instant litigation pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and 1991 ("Title VII"), 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-2, claiming that she is the victim of hostile work environment sexual discrimination, that she was treated differently than male employees because of her sex, and she was retaliated against for making complaints...
