This case requires us to determine when the statute of limitations under General Statutes § 52-5761 begins to run on a claim for underinsured motorist benefits. We conclude that the statute of limitations does not begin to run until the claimant has exhausted the limits of liability under the tortfeasor's policy, and that, in the absence of a contrary provision in the claimant's motor vehicle policy...
