Before the Court are the motions of defendants Lev Buyanovsky ("Buyanovsky") and Vladimir Emerel ("Emerel") (together, "defendants") to dismiss plaintiff's Complaint for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted.1 The Court has decided the matters on the papers pursuant to Rule 78.
