This is an appeal of a summary judgment. By three issues, Edward Robinson, appellant, claims that the trial court erred in granting summary judgment in favor of the appellee, Ramon Garcia. The question is whether the settlement and resulting judgment in one lawsuit between the parties serves to bar the prosecution of another action through the doctrine of res judicata.
