On original submission of this interlocutory appeal we affirmed the decision of the trial court holding that joinder of the various plaintiffs was proper. On motion for rehearing appellant brings to our attention the recent opinion of the Texas Supreme Court in Surgitek, Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. v.
