Per Curiam.

On June 19, 1998, the respondent pleaded guilty in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York to racketeering, in violation of 18 USC § 1962 (c), and income tax evasion, in violation of 26 USC § 7201. He was sentenced on November 9, 1998 to 46 months' imprisonment, five years' supervised release, restitution in the amount of $1,551,380, and a $250,000 fine.
