Appellant, Zedric Miller, was indicted for the offense of aggravated assault. He was tried by a jury which found him guilty of the lesser included offense of deadly conduct and sentenced him to ten years' imprisonment and a $5,000.00 fine. On appeal, Appellant complains that the trial court erred 1) when it required him to show his tattoo to the jury; 2) when it allowed evidence of an extraneous offense; and 3) when it cumulated the sentence...
