Jan Thomas Williams appeals the granting of a partial summary judgment1 in favor of Mary Moores, Trustee of the Ely T. Moores Trust, Ida Lou Ames, and Laverne McKemie. The court adjudged the inherited ownership interest in a tract of real property as one-eighth owned by Williams and seven-eighths owned by Moores.
