Appellant Armstrong Surgical Center, Inc. (the "Surgical Center") contends that Armstrong County Memorial Hospital and nineteen of its staff physicians (the "Hospital Defendants") conspired to prevent it from establishing an ambulatory surgery center, thereby restraining and monopolizing trade in violation of sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act.
